The reason why we introduced that tea is because Taiwan is known by many as the “Kingdom of Fruit”, and we think you should try it. Thanks to its sub-tropical weather in the southern part of the country, there are countless varieties of delicious, sweet fruit available all year round. It is made with green, less oxidised oolong tea mixed with dry honey peach fruit to make playful flavours. They are profoundly floral and often result in a lovely cup with a succulent piece of peach. Fragrant and sweet with a perfectly ripe fruit taste and a smooth lingering floral aroma.

Oolong Tea is a tea category that is usually semi-oxidised and made from the Camellia sinensis plant. Oolong tea goes through a very complicated process, such as twice firing, bruising, and fermenting. As a result, Oolong tea can be sweet and fruity with honey aromas, woody and thick with roasted aromas, or green and fresh with complex aromas. It is the most versatile tea category, both in flavour and colour.
