紅烏龍茶又稱蜂蜜黑烏龍茶。 它是烏龍茶和紅茶混合加工的結果，茶葉像紅茶一樣被滾動和發酵，但有“殺青”和烘烤的傳統烏龍加工步驟。 由於生產過程複雜，這種茶的價格很高，被認為是其競爭對手東方美人茶和紅玉紅茶的高端茶。
