SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely! That’s why we normally process your shipping within 1-2 working days. Also, we constantly using the most reliable and efficient carriers and we chose to use traceable services where possible.

1. Our Shipping And Delivery Class

1. UK – 2-4 working days UK Mainland free shipping when the orders are over £60, or £4 delivery fees for standard delivery.
2. West European countries (Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Ireland) and UK offshore- up to 14 working days Free Tracked and Signed shipping on all orders over £100, if the orders are less than £100, there is a flat rate charge of £ 8 trackable shipping fee. It means we share 50%-50% delivery costs.
3. The rest of EU countries– 14 to 20 working days Free Trackable shipping on all orders over £130, if the orders are less than £130, there is a flat rate charge of £ 12 trackable shipping fee. It means we share 50%-50% delivery costs.

2. Order Status & Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. However, this could vary with circumstances, such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. 3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
