Jin Xuan Milky Oolong Tea. This is a special hand processed tea that comes from Li Shan Mountain in Taiwan. Jin Xuan oolongs are known for their rich milk flavour and silky texture mouthfeel. During the production; to enhance the natural creamy richness, the leaves are steamed with a combination of water and milk powder before heated and dried. This special process is what gives this tea its natural creaminess flavour. This is one tea that is popular and common in Taiwan and is for Oolong tea beginners who like green, garden aroma and tastes.
Tea to water ratio: 1g tea: 100ml water; use filtered water and ceramic teaware to enhance the flavour.
Water temperature: 95-100°C
