During the production; to enhance the natural creamy richness, the leaves are steamed with a combination of water and milk before being dried. This special process is what gives this tea its natural creaminess flavour. This is one tea that is popular and common in Taiwan and is for Oolong tea beginners who like green, garden aroma and tastes.
